Description
Must be completed within the first 3 months at the office. Managers in the federal public service are expected to understand their responsibilities in preventing harassment and violence in the workplace. This online self-paced course clarifies the responsibilities of the employer and provides information for managers and supervisors at all levels, and for health and safety committee members and representatives, on how to prevent and resolve workplace harassment and violence. Through case studies, participants will learn to identify examples of harassment and violence behaviours by managers and supervisors and acquire an understanding of their responsibilities to prevent and respond to incidents of workplace harassment and violence.
