Target Audience: ASG 7-8, DX and PX

At the end of this course, participants will be able to :

 • understand their core responsibilities as Director's and corporate leaders;

• understand their core responsibilities as Principals/Directors and corporate leaders;

• understand the changes in focus and perspective—what they need to pay attention to/focus on;

• understand about key information and relationship challenges with AAGs and DXs/PXs and their teams,

• have a better understanding of the support available from Service Leaders;

• understand the expectations of Service Leaders,

• have a high-level overview of key policies they should be aware of; and

• have a better understanding of strategies for managing the transition.
