This classroom course consolidates and applies the knowledge gained through the Impact of IT on the Audit eLearning series. Through facilitated discussions and practical exercises, participants will deepen their understanding of the overall IT environment, IT dependencies, IT risks, IT applications, IT general controls (ITGCs), and the evaluation of the impact of ITGC deficiencies on the planned audit approach and the audit evidence to be obtained.

This course is part of the OAG Impact of IT on the Audit series and follows completion of the six prerequisite eLearning modules.

Target audience: All OAG financial auditors and externally hired financial auditors. Also available to CCOLA members.
