Target audience: AP VFM 0D, AP FIN 0S. Available to CCOLA members.
Time frame: Must be completed within the first 2 weeks at the office.
Mandatory for externally hired auditors: AP VFM/FIN 01–03, AP VFM/FIN SE, DX VFM/FIN/APA, and PX VFM/FIN/APA must complete this course within the first 3 months at the office.
At the end of this course, participants will be able to do the following:
• Navigate through TeamMate and understand the conditions for successful experience.
• Understand the preparing and reviewing functionalities and how to use signoffs.
• Set-up your own user preferences; search for audit projects and customize tabs.
• Understand when and how to work in the Master and on replicas.
• Resolve conflicts when they occur.
• Document your audit work in TeamMate using key functionalities.
• Create a new TeamMate project and add folders, subfolders, and audit procedures.
