Description

Target audience: All auditors. Available to CCOLA members.

The course’s objective is to help you understand what Gender-based analysis plus (GBA Plus) is and how it is used in the Government of Canada. You will learn and recognize the importance of gender, equity, diversity, and inclusion considerations for audits at the OAG and how to integrate gender, equity, diversity, and inclusion considerations into audit planning, examination, and reporting phases. You will also and understand the role of the Internal specialist and how to use the Guidance document during the audit process.
