Description

This course is comprised of four components:

Self-directed reading (~3hrs): Before the day of your in-class session, please read the material in Module 2. This material will provide the foundation for the discussions and hands-on activity during the in-class session.

Pre-class self-assessment and survey (~15 min): Complete both the self-assessment and survey at least 1 day before your in-class session. The results will help us make the in-class session as relevant as possible to your group.

Instructor-led class (1 day): In this full-day session, we will expand on the material covered in the pre-class reading, and you will work on a hands-on data analysis activity in small groups.

Presentations (TBA): We will meet back on day 2 of the course to present the results of your group projects. Everyone will be expected to participate in the presentations and provide feedback to other groups (see “Course assessment criteria” for more information).
