Target audience: AP VFM 0D, AP FIN 0S, AP VFM 01–03, AP VFM SE, AP FIN 01–03, AP FIN SE. Available to CCOLA members.

 This course is designed to provide you with an overview of Audit Data Analytics (ADA), and where and when it can be applied to any audit work you are currently undertaking.

When you have completed all 3 components of the course, you will be able to do the following:

• Define audit data analytics.

• Describe why we apply audit data analytics to our practices.

• Describe some of the biases that could impact our audit work.

• Recognize what audit data analytics procedures can be implemented and when.

• Identify data analysis tools currently available.
